• Items on Hand: These items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
• Bleached Items: Due to the customization process, bleached items require 10-15 business days to complete and ship. However, please note that bleaching is weather-dependent, as it requires specific conditions for proper curing. Delays may occur if the weather is not suitable, and we will notify you if this happens.
• Items Not on Hand: If an item needs to be ordered (e.g., blanks), processing times will vary. We order blanks in bulk, so there may be additional wait time if inventory needs replenishing. We will communicate directly with you to provide an estimated timeline.

2. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. Tracking Information

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Custom Orders or Special Requests

• Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the request. Estimated timelines will be provided during the ordering process.

5. Shipping Address

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Bailey & Co Creations is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
